• Delivery Coverage: India only.

• Shipping Charges: ₹80 flat on eligible orders; FREE Shipping on orders ≥ ₹249.

• Holidays: Deliveries may not occur on Sundays or National Holidays, depending on courier serviceability.

Plants

• Dispatch Time: Usually 3–5 business days (may vary based on stock and plant health).

• Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.

• Shipping Method:

  • Express air shipping where available for faster delivery.

  • Surface/ground shipping if air service isn’t available at your pincode.

Important Notes (Plants):

• Imported or special-care plants may need extra handling time (quarantine/conditioning).

• Certain plants may be held back if not travel-ready; this may slightly delay dispatch or lead to partial fulfillment with a refund for the held item(s).

• Natural variation is normal—size, foliage density, and seasonal appearance can differ from photos.

• Flowering plants may arrive without blooms depending on the season.

Décor & Accessories (Planters, Furniture, Accessories)

• Dispatch Time: 5–10 business days (longer for made-to-order/handcrafted items).

• Delivery Time: Generally 4–12 business days based on location; heavy items may ship via surface.

Address, Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels

• Address Changes: Not possible after dispatch, so please review details carefully at checkout.

• Delivery Attempts: Couriers usually make up to three attempts. If undelivered/RTO due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, no refund will be issued.
